The professional indemnity market for Estate Planners and Will Writers is limited and some established professional indemnity policies don't fully protect modern practitioners.
Insuristic has developed an exclusive product with a leading underwriting agency backed by an 'A Rated', Global Insurer. This insurer does not currently underwrite Estate Planners, so this will be new capacity to the market.
The scheme will provide the following cover options:
Professional Indemnity Insurance - with levels of indemnity available up to £5,000,000
Office buildings and/or contents insurance
Employers liability insurance - £10,000,000 as standard
Public liability insurance up to £5,000,000
Commercial legal expenses at £100,000
