Who is Rob Faulkner?

Hi, I'm Rob Faulkner, CEO and Founder of Insuristic.

I'm a Chartered Insurance Broker with c27 years industry experience. I began my insurance career back in 1996, working for Endsleigh Insurance as a trainee insurance broker.

Since then I have worked in sales, marketing and product roles for significant organisations like:

• Towergate Underwriting

• Allianz Insurance

• Brit Insurance

• Aviva

• JLT Thistle (now Marsh)

I've also worked in technology businesses that serve the insurance industry.

Throughout my career I have committed to a lifetime of learning. I hold various degree and post graduate qualifications for insurance, management and marketing:

• ACII Advanced Diploma in Insurance - which is a professional qualification demonstrating an enhanced understanding of insurance practice, both technical subject matter and overall application skills. It demonstrates that I am a proven insurance professionals and provides evidence of my purpose, commitment and ability.

• IDM Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing (Distinction)- I love digital marketing, which is at the core of Insuristic.

• Level 7 Executive Management Diploma - I hold several qualifications from the Chartered Management Institute, this is the highest level.

I decided to launch Insuristic in April 2022 to make it easier for people to find the right insurance online. I wanted to develop products that were tailored to a specific niche, with questions and policies that were easy to understand.

So if you have found Insuristic online it is because you are in one of those niches. I'd love to hear about your experience of working with us.

I don't see Insurance or running Insuristic as a job. It is my passion. In fact, I would recommend Insurance as a career to anyone.

I live and breath Insurance and have done for almost 30 years.

I want to build an Insurance business (and I am doing this) that achieves these objectives:

• Making insurance easy to understand and buy

• Providing tailored insurance policies

• Never charging policy fees

• Only working with quality insurance providers
